19th Avenue Family Practice is now offering a mobile doctor service strictly as a supplementary offering for patients who reside or work in Palm Beach & Elanora.
This service must only be booked if there is no suitable in-clinic availability, or if the patient explicitly expresses a preference for a home or workplace visit.
Pricing
Our mobile service operates on a tiered out-of-pocket fee structure based on the time the doctor spends with you at your home or workplace.
The initial total fee starts at $150 for an appointment up to 20 minutes duration.
Depending on the final duration of your appointment, your out-of-pocket gap cost will range from $75.40 for an appointment up to 20 minutes duration, up to $144.70 for an appointment up to 60 minutes duration.
Booking Info
To make a booking, You must accept the fee structure for your booking to be finalised.
Your card details will be requested. Fees will be processed automatically after the consultation.
Scheduling / Appointment Times
Arrival times can vary on the day of your appointment depending on earlier appointments and traffic. The doctor will send a text message directly to your phone when they are finishing up with their previous patient to let you know they are on their way to you.
